Refund policy

At The Elevate Her Project, we are committed to providing high-quality resources and advisory services designed to support career clarity, professional growth, and intentional advancement. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following policies apply.

 

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloadable workbooks, guides, templates, and other digital resources) are non-refundable once purchased.


Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

 

If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

 

Printed Workbooks & Materials (Print-on-Demand)

Printed materials offered through The Elevate Her Project are produced on demand specifically for each order.

 

Because these products are printed to fulfill your individual purchase, they cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed.

 

However, if your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with the print provider to arrange a replacement when appropriate.

 

Consulting Sessions & Strategy Intensives

Services such as Career Clarity Sessions, Strategy Intensives, Resume Consultations, and Advisory Sessions require reserved time and preparation.

 

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

 

Late Changes or No Shows

Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited.

 

Refunds

Because time is reserved specifically for each client, consulting sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

 

Professional Services

Services including:

  • Resume writing
  • LinkedIn optimization
  • Career positioning services
  • Professional document development

are custom services and therefore non-refundable once work has begun.

 

If concerns arise during the process, we encourage open communication so we can address them promptly.

 

Order Issues

If you experience issues with your order such as:

  • incorrect digital files
  • download access problems
  • damaged printed materials

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
