By the end of this phase, the goal isn't simply to have more ideas.

It's to know which direction deserves your attention.

03 — Position

Align what needs to support where you're going.

Once your direction is clearer, we'll look at what needs to be in place to support it.

Depending on your focus, that might include your skills, professional positioning, resources, routines, boundaries, relationships, time, priorities, confidence, or other circumstances.

We'll identify what's already working in your favor—and what may need to shift, strengthen, or be reconsidered.

Because knowing what you want is important.

Creating the conditions that support it is what makes change possible.

04 — Move Forward

Turn your direction into intentional action.

This is where we translate everything you've uncovered into a realistic path forward.

We'll identify your priorities, map your next steps, anticipate potential obstacles, and determine what deserves your attention first.

02 — Complete Your Assessment

You'll complete a personalized assessment based on your selected focus.

Your responses will help us build from the clarity you've already gained and identify the areas we want to explore more deeply during your first Series Intensive.

03 — Schedule Your First Intensive

Once your assessment is complete, you'll receive access to schedule your first private Intensive.

04 — Move Through the Method

We'll work through Define, Position, and Move Forward in sequence, allowing each Intensive to build on what you've discovered in the one before it.

05 — Reflect Between Intensives

You'll have intentional space between sessions to process your insights, complete reflection exercises when appropriate, and notice what becomes clearer as you begin applying what you've uncovered.

06 — Leave With Your Path Forward

At the conclusion of the Series, you'll receive your personalized Move Forward Plan capturing your direction, priorities, and next steps.
